Long-Term Care

Sometimes it’s as simple as providing a glass of water or changing the TV channel. Other times, it means bringing together the latest technology, rigorous medical practices, leading-edge care techniques and all the courage and creativity the hearts and minds of our skilled nursing care team can muster. While the needs of our residents are often complex, the focus of Westerwood’s highly rated Medicare long-term care is simple: “What can we do to make every resident’s day the best possible day?”

We’re proud to have developed innovative approaches to improve performance and healthcare outcomes through partnerships with the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living’s (AHCA/NCAL’s) National Quality Award Program, which honors long-term and post-acute care providers that have demonstrated their commitment to improving the quality of care for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
